The Journey Begins

Hiya! I'm a local Chelmsford artist/poet/community project organiser, I've come here to share my mental health experiences with the world and the aim is to make others feel confident in accepting, and speaking up about mental health problems. I run a workshop every two weeks, which is called Safe Space Studio. We are a group that get together and practice mindful activities through different art forms with different mediums. I'm currently working on myself, and attending therapy sessions, it has helped me so much! I'm constantly growing and changing daily, and I just feel so Grateful that I am here, sharing my life, and inspiring others with my work. View all posts by Speak Up
